Stop searching job boards every morning.

Tell us the titles and industries you place. Every morning, Role Monitor finds every new, stale and reposted executive role for them, across every job site, with the hiring decision makers' phone, mobile and email. Your recruiters start the day on the phone, not on job boards.

How you use it

No list needed to start.

Search the market

Tell us the titles you place and the industries you work in. Every morning you get every new, stale and reposted role for them, across the whole market, sent to the recruiter who covers that title and industry.

Watch your accounts

Already have clients and target companies? Add them, and every executive role at those companies goes to the recruiter who owns the account.

Use one, or both together.

Hours back

Keep job boards. Stop searching them.

Most recruiters start every day the same way: LinkedIn, Indeed, a dozen career sites, the same titles, the same scroll. Then the same role turns up five times, and the hunt for who to call begins. Role Monitor does all of it overnight.

Do the sum. Example

An hour of searching a day is around 20 hours a month for each recruiter. Across a team of five, that's 100 hours a month back on the phone.

Why call now

Open 97 days and reposted once. The first search hasn't worked.

Open with

"Your Regional VP Operations role has been open since July. I have two people who've run multi-site senior living regions. Worth a call?"

No more morning job board search.

Every new role. Every stale role.

The person to call.

Sent to the right recruiter.

Be first when it posts. Be the one they call when it stalls.

In contingency, the first recruiter to reach the hiring manager usually wins. And when a role sits open, the recruiter who calls with a reason gets the conversation.

  1. 1Role posted
  2. You are here with Role Monitor2Next morning
  3. Everyone else arrives here3Agencies pile in
  4. You call again, with the date4Still open at 30, 60, 90 days
  5. 5Role filled

The calls nobody else is making.

A role still open after weeks tells you the employer's own search, or another agency's, hasn't worked. That's when a hiring manager is most open to help. Role Monitor tracks every role from the day it's posted until it closes, and spots roles that are taken down and posted again.

You don't call to say "I see you're hiring". You call to say "that role has been open since July, and I can help".

From job board search to first call in three steps.

  1. Tell us what you place.

The executive titles and industries each recruiter covers. Add your clients and target companies too, if you have them.

  2. We search every day.

Career sites, applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn, Indeed and more, merged into one clean list of the roles you work, with the decision makers attached.

  3. Your recruiters make the first call.

Each recruiter gets their roles and contacts every morning. Switch on automatic first emails for the clients and companies you choose.

No two recruiters on the same role.

Every role goes to one recruiter: the one who covers that title and industry, or the one who owns the account. No double calls to the same hiring manager, no arguments over whose role it is. Managers get one view of every role, filtered by recruiter, title, industry, company or status.

Automatic first email, if you want it. Switch it on for the clients and companies you choose, and the first email goes out the moment a role is found, from your own mailbox.

Your questions, answered

What does PresightIQ Role Monitor do?

It searches every job site each day for the executive titles and industries you place, and watches your own accounts too. It flags new, stale and reposted roles, finds the hiring decision makers with their phone, mobile and email, and sends each role to the right recruiter by the next morning.

Do I need a target list?

No. Start with the titles and industries you place. Add your clients and target companies whenever you like.

How much time does it save?

All the time your recruiters spend searching job boards, removing duplicates and hunting for hiring managers. If that's an hour a day each, it's around 20 hours a month per recruiter.

How is it different from a job board?

Job boards make you search, title by title and site by site, and leave you to find the hiring manager. Role Monitor does the searching overnight, across every site, and sends each recruiter their roles with the people to call.

How is it different from other recruiting lead tools?

Most lead tools are a dashboard you log into and search, with contacts bought one at a time. Role Monitor sends each recruiter their roles every morning, with contacts included, routes every role to one owner, watches your own accounts as well as the market, and is a system you own.

How do contingency recruiters find new job orders?

Usually by searching job boards every morning for the titles they place. Role Monitor does that search for you overnight, adds stale and reposted roles where employers are most open to help, and attaches the hiring decision makers.

Is a role open for 90 days a ghost job?

Sometimes. Some postings are never taken down. Role Monitor reads the employer's own career site and applicant tracking system, not only job boards, so you can see whether the role is still live where the employer posted it.

Do I need to change how I work?

No. Your recruiters get an email each morning and make the calls they choose.

Does it send emails automatically?

Only if you want it to, and only for the clients and companies you choose.

Who is it for?

Contingency recruiters and search firms placing executives in US healthcare and life sciences.
